After we greeted the latest group of new missionaries to the Texas McAllen Mission, I found a great quote from President Monson that reflects our hopes for these new arrivals. As I reflected more on his words, I realized that the same quote also reflects our hopes for the missionaries who returned to their homes:
"Don't limit yourself and don't let others convince you that you are limited in what you can do. Believe in yourself and then live so as to reach your possibilities. You can achieve what you believe you can. Trust and believe and have faith." (Thomas S.
