Catching up with January

January was a busy month.  Here are some of the things that were going on in the mission:

1. We began the month holding two separate leadership trainings. January 4-5 was held in Corpus Christi and from January 6-7, we trained the in the McAllen and Harlingen areas. My daughter, Rachel, was still visiting from Christmas. She was a great help to me when it was time to feed all these missionaries! We also took a few minutes and took her to see the bay in Corpus.  Here are pictures:

6. New District Leader Training on January 13th:

7. New Companion Training on January 18th:

8. Interviews at the missionaries apartments from January 14th- 28th. This took us three weeks to complete! We visited every single apartment in the mission and President Trayner interviewed each missionary in his "home."  There's nothing like missionary housing!  I documented everything and took over 300 pictures (don't worry, I'm going to even try to post them all!).  Here is a sampling of what we saw:
