New Year= New Record!

   Yes!!! We have set a new record! As a mission, we set a high goal for January baptisms and we surpassed it!  We had a goal for 100 baptisms- we ended the month with 114.  The highest in the past was 99. Much hard work and diligent teaching by every missionary was rewarded by achieving the goal. The Lord has blessed  us as a mission and we feel His guidance in all that we do. We pray that each new convert will feel welcomed into the wards and branches where they reside.

   "And if it so be that you should labor all your days in crying repentance unto this people, and bring, save it be one soul unto me, how great shall be your joy with him in the kingdom of my Father! And now, if your joy will be great with one soul that you have brought unto me into the kingdom of my Father, how great will be your joy if you should bring many souls unto me."
-Doctrine and Covenants 18:15-16

   Missionaries in Kingsville, Texas taught and baptized a student who is here from China. He plans to take the gospel back to his homeland. Here are pictures from just a few of the baptisms this month:
